On Thursday, January 16, we had the pleasure of welcoming two special guests to Holland Staal: the director and the HSE manager of K. Dekker Bouw & Infra. They visited us to share their experiences and inspire us with their approach to the Safety Culture Ladder (SCL).
During this valuable session, they offered insight into their journey: how they began working with the SCL, the challenges they faced along the way, and above all, the positive changes it brought in terms of safety culture and awareness within their organization.
Their open and honest story provided us with useful insights and strengthened our confidence in starting our own SCL journey. We are grateful for their time, inspiration, and practical advice.
With this visit, Holland Staal takes an important step toward further developing a strong and proactive safety culture — learning together, growing together.
