G-Pier Schiphol

To enhance the travel and stay comfort of international travelers and improve efficiency, Strukton has added an extra layer on the G-pier and constructed a new building for a central security filter. Holland Staal was responsible for the development, production, preservation, and assembly of the steel structure.

Amsterdam Airport Schiphol is moving the security locations at the gates to increase travel and stay comfort for travelers and efficiency. By no longer conducting security checks at the gates, it also becomes possible to continue meeting European laws and regulations operationally in the future. This way, Schiphol can smoothly serve a growing number of travelers.
