The management of projects is becoming increasingly complex. Today’s construction process goes far beyond just the basic aspects of safety and planning. With the addition of complex designs, phased construction schedules, the use of specialized equipment, and extensive quality control, the role of project management is becoming more critical. Additionally, there are new trends such as the use of donor steel, and we are seeing an increase in the number of projects being built simultaneously. All of this requires thorough monitoring of key milestones and the overall progress of the project. Project leaders are essential to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and with outstanding quality.

For this reason, in 2022, Holland Staal decided to appoint project managers. Remko Postma joined us in June 2022. And now, 4 months later, we have welcomed Tim van der Hert. Indeed. Tim is back, in a role where he hopes to find the necessary challenges. We are happy, and so is he.
