Dekker Bouw &amp; Infra:<\/strong><\/h1>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center\">Inspiring session on the Safety Culture Ladder<\/h2>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner][vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"88\" data-end=\"364\">On Thursday, January 16, we had the pleasure of welcoming two special guests to Holland Staal: the director and the HSE manager of K. Dekker Bouw &amp; Infra. They visited us to share their experiences and inspire us with their approach to the Safety Culture Ladder (SCL).<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"366\" data-end=\"629\">During this valuable session, they offered insight into their journey: how they began working with the SCL, the challenges they faced along the way, and above all, the positive changes it brought in terms of safety culture and awareness within their organization.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"631\" data-end=\"823\">Their open and honest story provided us with useful insights and strengthened our confidence in starting our own SCL journey.
